Corium is heavier and more resilient than the calfskins common to most European ateliers, closer in spirit to old-world saddlery than to a modern dress shoe. Worn in, it darkens, softens, and finishes into a patina no factory can replicate: precision at the start, character by the end.

SOLUM — Full-Grain Leather Sole
Solum — Latin for foundation, is Cueřo by HAC's leather sole: full-grain leather, layered and burnished rather than molded, built to flex with the foot and take on its own shape with wear. It's the root word Latin itself built "sole" from — the base every shoe stands on, named for exactly that.
